The challenge
An organization needed to transition its mobile-device management approach while preserving device functionality, security requirements, and end-user support through the change. The portfolio focuses on the management-platform transition and does not reproduce internal policy or network details.
My technical contribution
I helped lead the migration effort, including mobile-device preparation, Microsoft Intune policy configuration, enrollment and deployment coordination, mobile support, and user documentation. My role combined technical execution with communication across the people affected by the change.
What the experience demonstrates
Enterprise mobility migrations depend on more than moving management records between consoles. They require understanding device identity, enrollment models, security policies, operating-system behavior, and the practical work involved in supporting users during a transition.
Outcome
The migration covered more than 750 managed mobile devices and was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.
