The opportunity

IT operations generate project notes, tickets, status updates, technical findings, and repetitive administration. Finding relevant information quickly can be as important as generating it in the first place.

What I am exploring

I use Microsoft 365 tools to investigate structured operational information, workflow automation, and AI-assisted ways of finding or summarizing work. The purpose is to reduce friction while keeping authority and data access appropriately controlled.

Technical considerations

Useful automation needs an accurate source of truth, deliberate permissions, human review, traceability, and clear boundaries between an assistant making suggestions and a system taking action.

Current status

Operational information workflows and AI-assisted access are being explored through research and development.
